Raspberry, and Black Tea Water

Ingredients

½ cup cranberries

    ¼ cup raspberries

      1 teaspoon full leaf black tea

        water to fill your Young and More bottle

          Instructions

          Rinse the cranberries and raspberries under cold water. Depending on the season and your store availability, you can also use frozen fruit if you can’t find fresh.

            Place the rinsed berries in your Young and More bottle and top them with the teaspoon of black tea.

              Fill your bottle with cold water, let it infuse for a few hours in the fridge and enjoy.
